I was part of a tutoring program in Rend Lake called Americorp. I was employed through them to tutor at JL Buford and Casey Middle School in Mt. Vernon, IL. I had to take some courses during this program to receive my certificate in order to be able to tutor. I learned a great deal working in this program and have been looking for an opportunity to get back into tutoring.
